Arrival/Departure
Your room/apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us briefly. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room/apartment by 10:00 hrs.
Down payment
Reservations are only binding after a deposit of 40%. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- No cancellation fee up to 2 weeks before arrival
- In case of later cancellation and no-show, the guest pays 50% of the total price.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Bathrobes/sauna towel
Bathrobes and slippers are available for you in the room/apartment. Sauna towels are available in the sauna area. For the 700m distant Erlebnistherme we provide a wellness bag with towels free of charge. Please report to the reception!
Visits from friends
We ask you to use our rooms/apartments only in the number of people you have booked. Please understand that additional persons who are not staying with us in the hotel must be registered. If you would like to meet your friends at our hotel, we would be pleased to welcome you in our cosy lounge/bar.
Payment on departure
We ask our guests to pay the bill one day before departure, thank you! The bill can be paid in BAR, Maestro, or V-Pay. Short stays of 1-2 nights cannot be paid by card.
Breakfast
The Schlemmerfrühstück starts from 7:30 to 10:00 o'clock. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know one day in advance.
Bicycle rental
You can rent e-bikes and mountain bikes at the Sport Stock. The specialist shop at the valley station in Kaltenbach offers a large car park and a large practice area for testing. Guests who prefer to start directly from the hotel by bike - no problem: Sport Stock also offers a delivery service. Please inform the reception 1-2 days in advance.
Drinks
The hosts Sabine & Thomas serve drinks from the house bar at our family-run hotel. We ask for your understanding that it is not permitted to take drinks from the rooms/apartments into the lounge area.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
Hotel entrance
You can take your room key with you during your holiday. If the main entrance is blocked, you can open it with the key, otherwise please activate the bell. Please hand in the key at the reception on your departure. THANK YOU!
Internet
You are welcome to access the network with your mobile phone, laptop or iPad via our WLAN.
Visitor's tax
For all persons aged 15 and over, a municipal tax of € 1.50 per person per day is payable. This tax is not included in the total price of the stay.
Reduction for children
For two full-paying guests in a double room, children staying in their parents' room receive the following discounts on the room price:
Children up to 3 years: free of charge
Children from 4 to 9 years: € 15,-- per day
Children from 10 to 14 years: € 30,-- per day
Teenagers from 15 years: € 55,-- per day
For the apartments the price is calculated according to the number of persons!

Smoking
All our rooms/apartments are "non-smoking rooms". Smoking is allowed on the terrace, on the balcony and outdoors.
Rooms/apartments
Hopefully you will sleep well with us in healthy air and quiet surroundings. If you need additional pillows, coat hangers, etc., please let us know.
